We’re hiring a Corporate Cyber Security Manager to lead cybersecurity operations and strategy across the organization. You’ll be responsible for protecting digital assets, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with key standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Key Responsibilities

Execute and evolve cybersecurity strategy and risk management.

Lead incident response and change management processes.

Oversee security infrastructure (SIEM, DLP, EDR, firewalls, etc.).

Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Promote company-wide security awareness.

Mentor and manage the cybersecurity team.
Requirements

Must live in Cancún.

5–7 years in cybersecurity, including 3+ in leadership roles.

Strong hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and frameworks.

Certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CISA) preferred.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
